We hold an email address and nothing else. Here is exactly what that means.

The short version

• If you subscribe, we hold your email address. That's the only personal information we ask for.
• We have never sold data and have no intention of starting.
• We don't handle payment details. When a paid tier launches, a payment processor will, and we still won't see your card.
• You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete everything we hold, at any time, and we'll do it.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter

Your email address, the date you subscribed, and standard delivery data — whether an email was opened or a link clicked. This is handled by beehiiv, our email platform, and is stored on their systems under their privacy policy.

If you just read the site

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is ordinary web-server logging, used for security and to keep the site up. We do not combine it with any other information to identify you.

What we never collect

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, financial details or any information about your betting accounts. We have no way to see what you bet or where.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. If you follow a link to a sportsbook or another third party, that site's own cookies and policies apply from that point.

Third parties we rely on

• beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management
• Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and security
• ESPN — scores, schedules and odds are read from ESPN's public feeds. This is a one-way read; nothing about you is sent to them
• Sportsbook affiliate partners — if we add affiliate links, following one takes you to that operator's site under their terms and privacy policy. We may be paid a commission. That never changes what we publish

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the UK and EU GDPR — you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to processing. We apply these rights to everyone who asks, regardless of location, because drawing a map of who deserves privacy seemed like the wrong approach.

Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe. To have your data deleted entirely, email us and it will be done.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and sports betting is restricted to 21+ in most US states. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has subscribed, tell us and we will remove the record.

Security and retention

Subscriber data is held by beehiiv on their infrastructure. We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it when you unsubscribe or ask us to. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but the amount of data we hold is deliberately tiny, which is the best protection we can offer.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change and we will say so in the newsletter rather than quietly editing the page.
