Inside the Number publishes sports betting analysis: market prices, line movement, model projections and written opinion. Everything on this site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing here is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation that you place any particular bet.
Sports betting involves risk and you can lose money. Past performance of any pick, model or method does not predict future results. We make no representation that following anything published here will be profitable. If you bet on our analysis and lose, that loss is yours.
We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate wagers. We hold no customer funds. We are not affiliated with any sportsbook as an operator. Where we link to a sportsbook, we may earn an affiliate commission — this never influences what we publish, and it does not make us party to any bet you place there.
You must be at least 18 to use this site, and at least 21 to bet legally in most US states. Sports betting is not legal in every jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to know and follow the law where you live. Using this site does not make anything legal that otherwise isn't.
Scores, schedules, lines and prices are read from third-party feeds, principally ESPN. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and prices move constantly. Numbers shown here may not match what your sportsbook is offering at the moment you bet. Always confirm the live price at your book before staking anything. Model projections are estimates produced by software, not statements of fact.

The writing, models, tools, design and branding on this site are ours. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share links. You may not republish it wholesale, scrape it, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
Odds and sports data are supplied by third parties who retain their own rights in it. Links to sportsbooks and other sites are provided for convenience; we don't control them and we aren't responsible for their content, terms or conduct.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Inside the Number is not liable for any loss — including gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Don't scrape the site with automated tools, don't try to break or overload it, don't attempt to reach parts of it you haven't paid for, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
We may change these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. We may suspend or end access for anyone breaching them. Sections 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12 survive any termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
